At BodySync Pakistan, we prioritize hygiene, product safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.
However, exchanges are possible under the conditions below.
Eligible Cases for Exchange
We only offer exchanges if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with:
- Order number
- Clear pictures or videos of the product
- Proof of damage or incorrect item
Requests made after the mentioned time may not be accepted.
Exchange Options
If your exchange request is approved, you may choose one of the following:
1. Same Product Replacement
We can send the same product again.
2. Product Exchange
You may exchange it for another product of the same value. If the selected product exceeds the original amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
3. Store Credit
You may choose store credit equal to the product amount for future purchases.
Delivery Charges for Exchange
All delivery and exchange shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. BodySync Pakistan does not cover courier costs for exchange shipments.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for exchange.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur due to natural ingredients and are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
